Jose Padilla - tortured, mind erased

Jose Padilla, American citizen, was accused of a dirty bombing plot. This allegation was used to terrorize the American people. When the Bush regime eventually brought him into the criminal justice system to avoid an adverse ruling from the Supreme Court, this charge could not be proved, and was dropped for the charge of "providing - and conspiring to provide - material support to terrorists, and conspiring to murder individuals who are overseas."

This cynical strategy is described here:

Now that Padilla has been charged, he may never stand trial because his mind has been destroyed by sensory deprivation. Tortured until he can't be proven guilty. Which means that an innocent man, and a U.S. person to boot, has been imprisoned and tortured for no possible justifiable reason. (Remember that radical idea "innocent until proven guilty"?)

The forensic psychiatrist who examined him says that he “does not appreciate the nature and consequences of the proceedings against him, is unable to render assistance to counsel, and has impairments in reasoning as the result of a mental illness, i.e., post-traumatic stress disorder, complicated by the neuropsychiatric effects of prolonged isolation.” (2) Jose Padilla appears to have been lobotomised: not medically, but socially.

This is a high crime. Congress should impeach based on the Padilla case alone. Otherwise, Congress condones this barbarity.

This is a very good blog, Ningen. I want to believe you're above the board-- so why all the drama on 911Blogger?

I'll ask you once more--I asked this question a while ago but you didn't answer--are you a native English speaker? If not, that could be THE source for all the communication problems.

Well, now I see you have comment moderation, I can add this; you can just read and delete if you don't want God and everyone to see:

You do understand that how you've acted at 911Blogger LOOKS like deliberate disruption, right? And if it looks like a spade, I'm not very well going to call it a daisy, right?

So, mate, you're going to have to come half-way on this--and explain what the bloody hell you were thinking accusing people of advocating violence, when we weren't.

That was the tipping point for me--something in my experience ONLY trolls do.

NOTE: this window is being weird--appologies in advance for any double posts.

I have only deleted one comment. I explained my policy here, but fortunately have not had a problem:

I have not posted any deleted comments because I have not deleted any since then.

I do not see how you can call this a "very good blog" and think that what I am doing at 911 Blogger is "deliberate disruption." This is not a good blog if I am wrong about the Flight 175 video. If I am right, would you not agree that I have a moral obligation to state that when that position is being attacked? I don't accuse people of disinformation, even though I do think there is a coordinated and sophisticated campaign to discredit and discourage this position.

Even if I am wrong, can you not see that I am sincerely advocating for an unpopular position because I think it is the right thing to do?

I am still waiting for someone to show me I am wrong. Until that happens, I will continue to respond to empty allegations that "no planes" and "TV Fakery" is disinformation by asking that these positions be refuted on the merits. And as long as I do that, it seems I will continue to be accused or aggression, disinformation, trolling, etc.

I make no allegations about your motivations, so please don't question mine.
